I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults and believe that no matter what brings you to therapy, you deserve compassion and a nonjudgemental environment. I strive to provide a safe and validating space where my clients feel understood and supported. I will help you utilize your strengths, and provide tools to make a change. By identifying and altering patterns in your thinking, we can work together to achieve your goals. I have worked with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and navigating through life changes.
