First, I want to commend you on the brave thing you have done simply by searching here. You have reached out for help. This is an incredible source of strength that I am already proud of you for. My favorite people to work with are those who know that they are not currently living their truest and most beautiful life and are tired of it. They want to understand why and how to get there. I hope that in my office you will find growth and healing as we work together to help you identify areas in which you need support, can break unhealthy patterns, and learn important tools to make your life and relationships more fulfilling. I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community using a trauma-informed lens and with people who have experienced religious trauma. I also enjoy working with people experiencing Anxiety; Depression; Trauma; Pre-marital/Pre-engagement; Fertility & family planning; Pregnancy & postpartum; Life transitions; Relationship Issues; and abuse. My values for my practice and my work with clients are courage, accountability, honesty, & vulnerability. I hope that you will bravely continue the work you have already started by reaching out & I will earn your trust by acting as a container for your process. I do not take this privilege lightly: it is an honor to be invited on your journey.
