About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working in a variety of treatment settings. I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, but have primarily worked in the state of Massachusetts for the last 9 years. I enjoy collaborating with clients to support them as a validating and driving force toward meeting their goals. I work with clients who struggle with Depression, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, OCD, Hoarding, Life Transitions, Military and Post-Deployment, Couples, families, and Relationship issues.

My therapy style pulls from a variety of treatment modalities, as I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Hoarding issues. Additionally, I am trained in Gottman Level I and II Couples Therapy.

I am a firm believer that therapy should feel practical, and serve as an authentic, supportive space where individuals can be met without judgement.
