Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Worries keeping you up all night? Maybe there is some family drama or intergenerational trauma. Maybe you're recovering from (or struggling with) addiction, grief, or maybe you feel in need of some routine maintenance and someone to listen and understand YOU. As a licensed professional counselor LPCA in Kentucky and LPC in Ohio I am currently accepting new clients (teens and adults) for mental health and/or addiction counseling services. With an individualized and integrated approach to treatment designed to facilitate healing through an emphasis on emotion regulation, strengths, resilience, and empowerment, therapy can be a place of refuge when you are met with feeling stuck or uncertain.
