About

If you're feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, constantly worried about the future or past, uninterested in your usual hobbies, disconnected from your loved ones, or unsatisfied with life in general, I am here to help and support you. I am a warm, understanding, and non-judgmental therapist trained and honored to listen, validate, and support you in feeling less alone while providing hands-on skills to help you cope with life's stressors. I support my clients using research-backed methods to help you cope with and heal from depression, anxiety, mood swings, panic attacks, addictions, life transitions, relationship issues, and more.

It is my goal to make you feel seen and heard in therapy while also offering insights and tools you can consider and apply outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and what you're wanting to change moving forward to address your personal goals while trying out new perspectives and coping skills along the way.

I utilize a compassionate therapeutic approach grounded in your strengths and tailored uniquely to you regardless of your age, race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, dis/ability status, body size, past diagnostic history, or background. I'd be privileged to support you in your journey towards fostering a better life. Reach out to me today!
