Life can be troublesome especially with adding a global pandemic into the mix. I aim to guide you through obstacles with a person-centered approach as I believe every individual is different and will tailor treatment to your specific needs. I have a background in working with children, adolescents, and adults in a residential, inpatient hospital, and community setting. I have experience in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, attachment issues, bipolar, psychotic-related disorders, self-esteem, grief and loss, and PTSD. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship through empathy, honesty, and unconditional support. I feel enthusiastic about beginning the journey starting wherever you're at.
