Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I am so proud of you for starting this process of looking for a therapist for your self or someone you love. It takes tremendous courage to begin. I am a psychotherapist who believes strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship, which can allow healing to take place. I work with individuals in adulthood and believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual. I meet with a wide variety of clients, including those with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting and relational concerns, anger management, addictions and low self esteem. I often use mindfulness based strategies, including AEDP (an attachment-based theory) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), and interpersonal relational work. Much of my work is experiential, which comes from a learned experience of the connection between our minds and bodies. Using the wisdom of our bodies we can learn so much. Life can bring us all great struggles and the loss of hope. However, we do not need to suffer alone. We are all capable of growth and I would be honored to begin working with you to help bring about that change. It is my privilege to do this work.
