I am an LGBTQIA+ confirming psychotherapist and my pronouns are She/Her. I have a Masters of Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I concentrated on CBT in graduate school and have a lot of knowledge regarding Psychodynamic theories as well. I am trained in crisis intervention, suicide prevention and intervention through Common Ground, where I worked on the crisis support hotline. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and suicide prevention. I also have experience working with substance abuse, working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings, and experience with people of all ages. I am client centered & solution focused. I meet clients where they are at and guide them at their own pace towards achieving their treatment goals. I like to incorporate a holistic approach through mind, body and spirit practices when suitable. My goal is to provide you with support and guidance while navigating through the changes you would like to see. I work to create a personalized treatment plan with you because everybody is different and requires different levels of support. I am always open to feedback and want to hear what is actually benefiting you! I look forward to getting to know you with an open mind in a safe, judgment-free environment.
