Therapists » Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I offer psychotherapy to adults, teens (13+), families, and couples. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, parenting, and life transitions. Every person, couple, or family is unique - my commitment is to listen deeply as we explore your aspirations for your life and relationships. My approach to therapy is informed by my training as a mindfulness teacher and my previous high-stress career as a lawyer. I encourage self-compassion, while also offering mindfulness-based skills to cope with stress. I will work with you to unlock a greater sense of authenticity and agency, opening up access to more connection and belonging in your life. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to set you at ease and to clear a path for your inner wisdom to emerge, building momentum towards growth, resilience, and wellbeing. I work with clients 13 and older for in-person and Telehealth appointments. Please contact me by phone or email to set up a 20-minute consultation call.
