About

In person now M & Th, Virtual F. I help you learn to feel safe in body and mind so asking for what you need feels okay. You’re a woman, a professional, possibly a mom, and certainly an adult daughter. The roles you hold are powerful in your life, sometimes creating strain, but also a source of motivation for your growth & sense of purpose. You’re doing a lot, but feel disconnected from yourself & off. You’re a problem solver, a helper, people turn to you for support, advice, a compassionate ear, but right now, you feel drained, overwhelmed, and resentful because setting boundaries leaves you feeling anxious, scared, and alone. You’re often awake at night with a running stream of thoughts of lists, worries, fears. Muscle tension is way of life; your body, sleep & energy levels feel different. Maybe you're afraid of disappointing others, fear rejection, isolation, judgement if you speak your needs. We collaborate on your vision, what do you want: peace, security, ease, empowerment?

I specialize in helping women feel safe in taking care of themselves and speaking their needs. Through EMDR therapy, IFS, & an integrative approach, we get to the heart of what holds you back, help you to feel safe and grow into who you really feel you are, feeling freer, confident and taken care of. Can't wait to talk with you in a free consultation.
