As a licensed psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist, I have over 22 years of experience working as a therapist, evaluator, and consultant. My work with Hope and Healing involves providing support to individuals aged 16 and up who are experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, and major life transitions. With a firm grounding in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I believe that effective therapy is only possible through the establishment of a mutually respectful, honest, and nonjudgmental therapeutic partnership. One of the key aspects of my practice is recognizing the mind-body connection as the root source of life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping people discover this and work closely to develop a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Each individual's journey is unique. I tailor my approach to suit the specific needs of my clients. Extensive experience working with a diverse range of people, I work frequently with students, parents, adult children of the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those who are struggling with loneliness. I find it immensely rewarding to help individuals navigate the challenges they face and support them as they make changes to their lives.
