I am passionate about helping women and children to experience a better life! As a therapist, I focus on providing play therapy to children up to age 10, with a special emphasis on the early childhood population. I also provide mental health treatment to parents and other caregivers who are having difficulties in these caregiving roles. I provide counseling for women who are struggling with relationships, stress and other life difficulties who are looking to find more balance in life. My experience working with children and their parents has fueled my passion for working with women who have experienced trauma who are looking for help to become thriving women, moms and wives. I don't want therapy to be awkward or uncomfortable for you. When you're in my office, you'll be greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee (or whatever your preference) and leave feeling like you just talked with a great friend.
