Therapy: Emilee provides therapy services in Minnesota using video/phone. I come alongside clients looking to understand themselves clearer and have more fulfilling lives and relationships. I use attachment & system lens and incorporate mind-body-spirit approaches. Coaching: Family or adult coaching can be provided across the United States. Coaching around transitions, improving communication, and problem solving is available. Emilee has 20+ years experience as a parent and over 10 professional years supporting individuals, parenting, and families. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to see if we are a match. Clients looking to build skills in emotional health and find more joy in life tend to prefer my style (gentle-yet straightforward, with a touch of humor). Emilee has personal and professional passion working with parents handling CIRS, PANS/Pandas, chronic fatigue, and other medically ambiguous presentations. In addition, I work with Families who are preparing to launch teens and those struggling to launch young adults.
