What's your story? We all have different themes that play out in our lives: some are helpful and inspiring while others are counterproductive and lead us so far off track from who we want to be that we feel lost. I am here to help you identify ways to live with awareness, how to intentionally move forward knowing what is motivating you more clearly so you are no longer reacting to old patterns in work, family, relationships and life. Empower yourself, to write a new chapter. With over a decade in the practice of working with individuals, groups, families and couples in both a private practice and community mental health settings, I work with my clients to identify practical, realistic, effective strategies to improve coping, happiness and wellbeing in all areas of life. I mostly work with people with complex trauma and attachment injuries as an area of specialization but this can involved anxiety and mood or impulse control disorders as well. I primarily use EMDR, DBT, IFS and solution focused approaches to support desired change.
