About

If you’ve grown up in a dysfunctional family or faced neglect and abuse in close relationships, it can leave you feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. You might feel disconnected from yourself and others and unsure how to break free from the weight of the past. It’s possible to heal. I specialize in helping people who’ve experienced these kinds of trauma reconnect with their authentic selves and strengthen their relationships. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you feel safe in your own skin, rediscover your genuine self, and build a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

Using trauma-informed approaches like somatic practices, parts work (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting, I’ll tailor interventions to your unique context. For those interested, I also offer psychedelic therapy as part of the healing process, using altered states of consciousness to deepen the work.

This is a space where you can begin again. If you’re ready to do the hard but transformative work of healing, I’m here to help guide you on that path.
