About

I support individuals who are navigating the impact of past trauma, providing a safe, supportive space while utilizing EMDR in therapy. Exploration of identities is important in knowing who you are—whether related to gender, sexuality, relationship styles, or other aspects of self. Additionally, I support neurodivergent individuals in understanding their needs and discovering ways to engage with the world that feel authentic and sustainable. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or unhealthy behaviors that are affecting your daily life, I'm here to help you find balance and build skills to cope.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to reach your goals. I use a combination of EMDR (and other trauma-informed approaches), DBT, and a person-centered framework to ensure that my clients feel heard, empowered, and supported.

If you’re ready to start the therapeutic process or want to learn more about how we can work together, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work to meet your goals.
