Hey there! My name is Elysha and I am a master's level therapist. During my time as a clinician I have had the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience in working with people struggling with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal conflict, self-esteem problems, and parenting issues. My continuous training with clients has given me a great deal of strategies and resources that can be applied in helping individuals conquer the challenges of life. I am most passionate about working with women, mothers and adolescent girls. I truly enjoy helping women and young ladies identify their goals and issues while working through them with the use of neuropsychology and cognitive behavioral therapy. In addition to mental health strategies, I also incorporate biblical principles to support the healing process when appropriate and necessary. I like to approach counseling with a warm, team-work approach and of course a pinch of humor. With a strong therapeutic relationship, I am able to journey with you as you learn new skills and techniques to help you face your concerns. It is an honor to serve the community and I look forward to meeting you soon.
