Hello, I have 25 years of experience having worked with various populations and issues. I believe that life is a journey that presents to us constant experiences for learning and growth to become your best self, whatever that means to you. Change is challenging as one becomes comfortable in the uncomfortable. But as you become aware of the routines and patterns that you continue with that are not working for you, you will be moving toward making lifelong changes that not only affect you positively but also your relationships with others. Change is possible, anxiety and depression are manageable and you are well worth your time. I am EMDR trained. I am a Trauma Certified Therapist. I enjoy working with Veterans and First Responders. Couples counseling, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Women's Issues, Depression, Grief and Loss. I have focused much of my training on the effects of trauma and stress related to the mind, body and spirit of an individual. I am eclectic in therapeutic approaches and work with each client differently depending on their own individual needs. Some therapies I apply are cognitive behavioral, behavioral, trauma based, exposure and mindfulness-based.
