My name is Ellen Farrell, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Athens, GA. I work statewide with clients via telehealth, and I love working with motivated adults who are interested in reducing stress and creating more balance. Working holistically, I use EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reduce trauma triggers, raise awareness, and implement healthier goals to feel better. I love to work with adults, mainly dealing with stress, anxiety/depression related to unresolved trauma, improving communication, self-love/boundary issues, developing mindfulness, and accessing your most profound dreams and goals for a happy, fulfilled life. I am a detective in my approach to listening and providing feedback... with no judgment, and only compassion, and honesty. I am here for you to feel safe saying your truth, and it is a big goal for me to help you to connect with your inner wisdom, as I support you to move organically and gently through your process.
