About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience in community mental health care. My goal is to help people from all walks of life identify what they value, change what they want to change, and make the often difficult decisions that can ultimately lead to less suffering and greater meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. I work with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older; some are facing significant mental health challenges, others may be looking for ways of managing life stressors and transitions with greater clarity and ease.

My approach to counseling is thoughtful and eclectic, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, humanistic/existential, and transpersonal therapies. Collaboration is important to me, as is transparency. A deep appreciation for the power of authentic connection is at the heart of my work and life.

Recognizing that there are many paths to healing, and respecting the strengths and innate wisdom that have brought you this far, I hope to help you find and pursue what's right for you.
