I am comfortable and experienced with treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma- and stress-related disorders, and familial and relational issues. I have worked often with adolescents and young adults and am also comfortable with kids age 8 and above and adults throughout various stages of life. I offer person-centered care that focuses on the wellness of the whole person. You can expect to set your own treatment goal and measures of success as I assist with identifying areas where health and wellness can be nurtured.
