About

When we face challenging transitions, uncertainty and anxiety, suffering, or loss, getting some support outside ourselves can help us navigate our world in new and meaningful ways. My approach begins with meeting you at this moment in your life to support you in understanding and growing through your experiences. By first knowing and accepting ourselves and experiences as they are, we can then work to develop more helpful ways to be in relationship with ourselves, our circumstances, and the people in our lives that we love and care for.

My priority as a counselor is building a safe, collaborative relationship. I am experienced with anxiety, neurodiversity, trauma and C-PTSD, life transitions, teens in complex family systems, and young adult issues. I aim to support you in building resources and safety within yourself as you discover how you want to move through the world and engage in life.

Seeking counseling is a pivotal step that requires courage. I encourage you to bring this bravery into the counseling process, along with compassion and curiosity for what is to come. I look forward to dedicating myself to each session, with the hope of inspiring and enabling you to move through life in new and meaningful ways.
