About

You deserve to feel better and to see real benefits from therapy. Oftentimes we are looking for insight and tools to help us feel better, but we’re not sure where to look or what to try. Feeling disconnected to yourself or others, worrying too much, feeling stuck or avoiding certain aspects of life can be common experiences but they don’t have to define our lives. Together we will assess your concerns and develop a tailored plan that will help improve your quality of life and yield lasting change.

Along with compassion and authenticity, I use several evidenced based techniques to help clients reach their goals. Often those include reducing anxiety and depression, navigating life events and decisions, improving relationships or ending harmful ones, reducing work or family stress, increasing self-confidence and healing from trauma or attachment wounds.

I look forward to working with you and honoring the time you’ve taken to invest in yourself. I truly believe that each person carries within them resilience and a capacity to create change. It is my privilege to help you with that process. Please feel free to call me with questions or just to get to know me better. I look forward to talking with you!
