About

I am passionate about working with clients presenting with dual diagnoses and co-occurring disorders. I have experience working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, bi-polar I and II, PTSD, Trauma, addiction disorders, personality disorders, and OCD to name a few. I use a treatment model that is eclectic, as every client's needs vary. These models include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy.

I have experience working in partial hospitalization, as well as, an intensive outpatient settings. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and client-centered. I recognize the client knows themselves best, and with a little help, can gain insight into their truest selves. I offer individual sessions at Cool Springs Psychiatric in Franklin, Tennessee.

Beginning the journey to recovery is a brave and difficult step, and I strive to create an environment of trust and dependability. I would be honored to walk along side you in your path to recovery.
