About

Life is a journey. Sometimes we need a sounding board to sort out our thoughts and feelings and gain a new perspective on life. My goal is to help you be the happiest person you can be. I specialize in working with clients with complex trauma, which is trauma related to childhood experiences. I have expertise in working with adult children of narcissistic parents. I also have expertise in working with adult clients with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, family of origin issues, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and career issues.

I also do couples counseling with all types of couples. I have expertise in couples counseling where one partner has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I use a variety of approaches, including the Gottman Method and Schema Therapy.

I think that the therapeutic relationship is very important. I strive to be nonjudgmental, accepting, warm, supportive, genuine, and reliable in my interactions with clients. I am empathetic and a good listener. I use a variety of approaches based on the individual needs of my clients. I am currently accepting new clients.
