Some folks come to me to work with specific traumatic experiences. Others are looking for help figuring out how to live in the world, when they may feel alone or hopeless. Some are using substances to manage painful feelings. Some aren't showing up for families, friends, or clients the way they want to. I love supporting people to become more integrated versions of themselves through the healing that psychotherapy can offer. I am passionate about work with activists, parents, and anyone working towards wholeness in a sometimes broken world. I am IFS-informed, EMDR-trained, and climate-aware. I use these modalities as my starting point, and work with individuals to find the approach that works best for them. I strive to have an antiracist and LGBTQ-inclusive practice that is respectful of all people. I honor our relationship with the Earth and the healing potential within that relationship. If you are struggling to make sense of your experiences, want to show up in a healthier way in your life but don't know how, or are struggling with how to stay engaged and not burn yourself out, I would love to help. I have a warm, relational vibe, a good sense of humor, and a strong belief in the value of embracing our weirdness.
