About

I assist individuals in addressing life challenges, both positive and negative, that come with a neurodiverse brain. I utilize solution-focused, trauma-informed and strength-based methods while working with adults, and individuals transitioning from adolescence to adulthood on self-esteem, talk therapy, organization, family & peer relationships, and problem solving.

I work with members of the Neurodiverse & LGBTQ+ communities to provide an affirming and caring environment and seeks out local/state support services for my clients. I am poly and kink aware. I also work with parents in guiding them through talking with their children about healthy relationships, sexuality, and sexual health.

Feel free to reach out if you are eighteen to sixty-five and are seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, family conflict, peer relationships, women’s issues, sexuality, gender, neurodiversity, post-secondary education transition, or adolescence to adult transition for yourself or a loved-one.
