I offer an integrative and nature-based approach to mental health. Specialty areas and offerings include nature walk and talk therapy (ecotherapy), using a story-based framework (narrative therapy), supporting creativity in professional work or for personal fulfillment, grief counseling, exploring intergenerational issues, and support for highly sensitive people. Clients are welcomed in bringing up spiritual topics and meaning-of-life questions for exploration together. I incorporate a trauma- and grief-informed approach to therapy based on my clinical training and experience. My goal in therapy is to listen deeply and serve as a guide for deep exploration and processing. I work with you to build an infrastructure of wellbeing practices in your life to help you cope more effectively with challenges and meet your goals. We work together on the ways that you can cultivate your own sense of calm and groundedness from within. If you are going through challenges or are looking for a supportive environment for growth, please get in touch. I would love to hear your story and explore how we can work together in support of your wellbeing and goals. Please visit my website for helpful resources and for more information about my services.
