Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist. She earned a BA in Psychology from Flagler College, a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her certification in Play Therapy at Stetson University. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship/matiral issues, trauma, poor peer relations, grief, lack of coping skills, chronic illness and low self-esteem. She believes in a holistic approach to counseling and is able to adapt and alter her therapeutic approaches with each client based on their individual needs. One of her biggest strengths is her ability to form and nurture trusting relationships with each client and believes building strong rapport is the foundation for therapeutic success. Elizabeth is able to remain calm and level headed during intense, challenging, and stressful situations allowing her to provide clients with the highest level of support while addressing difficult aspects of treatment. She is a Qualified Supervisor and is available to supervise new Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns in-person or virtually.
