About

Are your struggling with life transitions? Patterns that keep happening? Feeling anxious? I believe that therapy is an effective tool for listening, providing guidance, empathy and relationship building for those that have found themselves at a crossroads in life. I have experience with a vast array of clients, as I began my career in community mental health work. I have a passion for working with clients that are impacted by ineffective patterns in life, who have difficulty navigating change and struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem that stem from these patterns. I truly believe people can heal and live great lives!

I work from an eclectic approach, recognizing that no two people are the same. The interventions that I use with you have the core belief that the growth and strength of the therapeutic relationship is the mechanism for producing change. I am excited to share time and space with you on this journey of self-discovery, change and healing!

Reach out, you deserve it. We all do. “There are many ways of getting strong, sometimes talking is the best way”-anonymous
