About

Are you feeling trapped or flooded by the thoughts of past or ongoing trauma? Are you experiencing relationship issues? Do you have other mental health needs and learn best through art therapy? Life can bring about a number of painful and challenging experiences, often leaving us deeply impacted. While these moments can have a lasting effect on our relationships, therapy can help us find new ways of understanding our experiences and can help us rediscover our strengths as we move toward healing. Together, we can work to identify and meet your goals, and give you the resources to develop new insights.

I have extensive experience providing therapy to adults, emerging adults, couples, LGBTQ+, and culturally and ethnically diverse populations. I am trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, EMDR, Art Therapy and Mindfulness-based Therapy. I specialize in treating trauma/post-traumatic stress, marital conflict, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

I am dedicated to creating a warm, non judgmental, and collaborative space to help you rediscover your wisdom, process difficult material, and heal from trauma. Let's work together to build on your skills and help you create a more satisfying and fulfilling future.
