View 5 Photos We take an integrative approach to our work with clients. Integrative therapy is comprised of a combination of various psychological theories. One of these is called psychodynamic therapy. We also include EMDR and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in our work with clients. Finally, we incorporate a social psychological approach to our services. If you are unsure of what type of support you need, feel confused about what steps you would next like to take in life, feel uncomfortable or "just down," we can talk about ways to help you feel better. We are available to speak during a 15-minute consultation/orientation without cost or hold a full fee 45 to 50-minute session.
