I am a highly skilled mental health counselor with 35 years of experience working in addictions and mental health issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-7451), Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am trauma and crisis certified, IFS informed, offering EMDR. Two days of the week I have my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel in office with me. I am passionate about the process of change and believe in the capacity for recovery. I take an integrated holistic approach to emotional, physical, and spiritual health. I am skilled in working through grief/loss, resolving resentment, coping with and reducing anxiety, trauma/crisis, PTS, OCD, Addictions, depression, and improving communication skills.
