Do life's challenges feel overwhelming or confusing? Are you feeling alone or misunderstood? If so, I would like to invite you to partner with me as we work together to provide a platform and space for your story to be heard. Although working towards creating a plan to meet your goals is important, my focus is on establishing an understanding of who you are and how you envision our partnership as we move forward in the conversation. Understanding that this journey can be difficult, I aim to provide a relaxing, non-judgmental environment that welcomes conversation and opportunities based on what is important to you. In my experience, I have witnessed the importance of tailoring the therapeutic experience to the person sitting next to or across from me. I understand that every person requires or may benefit from a different approach. As such, I have sought out trainings in multiple therapeutic approaches and modalities to avoid a "one size fits all approach". It can be difficult to trust and lean into a process that is both scary and transformative at the same time. I am here to tell you that you are not alone.
