I have a deep and long standing belief that all people have the capacity to heal, grow and transform and feel honored to be with people through this process. Life can be hard, and we can all benefit from extra support as we move toward the life, relationships, and experiences we want. In our work together, you can expect to be treated with respect and as the expert in your own life. There are many ways to move toward healing and we’ll work together to find the approaches that work best for you. I offer a blend of pragmatism and deep work in my practice, employing interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic theory, Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing, and somatic approaches. Exploring the relationships we have within ourselves and with our environment often provides new insights and expanded choices for action. Finding the right fit is one of the most important factors in effective therapy and I welcome your questions about working together.
