About

We all have enormous potential for growth and self-actualization. As we move through life, many of us will encounter experiences which impair our sense of safety, our confidence, and our innate capacity to explore, connect to others, and to fully become our best, whole selves. My goal is to be present to help you find insight into problematic patterns of behavior, enhance the ability to take perspective, and the necessary steps toward your desired goals. I strive to create a safe holding space for my clients through respect, compassion, and understanding, where you can openly process and begin the journey to self-actualizing.

Everyone is unique. Therefore, each persons’ treatment needs to be unique. My intentions is for treatment to be client-centered. My perspectives are psycho-dynamic while.I employ a collaborative approach utilizing a combination of effective modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, ACT, and IFS, to understand the presenting problem and shape the treatment.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and new parents. I am available in person and via Teletherapy with daytime sessions available. Feel free to reach out via phone or email for a phone consultation. I look forward to connecting and seeing if I can be of assistance.
