About

Therapy can deepen the relationship you have with yourself, as a space to explore your inner-workings and "soul purpose." As your therapist, my goal is to provide a non-judgmental space to process life’s challenges, explore self-limiting beliefs, and create goals that are in alignment with YOU. In sessions, we will look at the whole person you are— integrating mind, body, and soul. Many of my clients are young adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. I also have experience working with individuals with depression, disordered eating, relationship issues, and attachment/co-dependency.

My treatment approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational theories order to build insight and awareness into any patterns and belief systems that are no longer serving you. I also utilize mindfulness, attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I describe my style as warm, strengths-based, and integrative.

Often, I find the clients who are drawn to my approach also have an interest in the mind-body connection, inner-child work, and building self-compassion. If this at all resonated with you, please email me to schedule a consultation! I am currently accepting new clients as of 6/1/24. Together, we can cultivate an authentic space to heal.
