About

When working with clients I strive to meet them with empathy and honesty. Providing a space where you can discover truths about yourself, trusting you are your own expert. My counseling style has an educational element helping you understand how your environment and neurodevelopment. I look at clients holistic environment and how all pieces create you. I work from a person-centered theoretical foundation, building a relationship based on Unconditional Positive Regard, empathy, and congruence. I utilize theoretical components of narrative, existential, and multicultural/feminist theories.

I have 5 years of work experience in career service and specialized coursework in sociology and gender and women’s studies. An undergraduate degree in Theater with a minor in art, for creativity and art as a means of expression with clients.

I am excited to start working with you!
