About

Difficult life experiences, whether they happen once or are ongoing, can leave us feeling isolated and disconnected, both from others, and from ourselves. We develop patterns to keep ourselves safe and sane when dealing with stressors, life events, challenging relationships and traumatic experiences These patterns that once helped us oftentimes limits us and may even harm us. Unlearning these narratives and trusting self can be challenging. Healing begins with feeling safe, secure, and building acceptance for who we are.

Therapy begins to reconnect and be curious about self, and to find a place of safety, connectedness, and support. Within this space we can begin to explore who we are, how we came to be, and where we want to go. As therapy sessions progress, goals change to help us find resilience, movement, ease, stillness, and freedom.

Seeking therapy can be challenging, whether it’s your first time reaching out or one of many. I hope to create a safe space where we can gain insight about your inner battles, develop skills to enhance holistic development, and realize the potential of your authentic self.
