Making the decision to go to therapy can be scary, daunting and overwhelming. I know that it takes a tremendous amount of courage to pursue therapy and I appreciate your effort in reaching out. My main interests are in working with children and effective ways to help children navigate their emotions, although I see clients across the lifespan. My primary areas of clinical concentration are; child abuse, ADHD, PTSD, and anxiety. I can offer a safe place to explore whatever challenges you are facing and provide guidance to aid you through your own process. I am a graduate student at Loyola University of Maryland and am working under the license of Dr. Katherine Cornell. I spent several years working with children with Autism and consulting with a local pre-school in providing social and emotional recommendations. Additionally, I have been involved with PTSD research. I am committed to being there for my clients during the hard times. I believe in using a strength-based approach while tailoring treatment to fit each client’s need. I am dedicated to helping each of my clients discover the power of their own light and work towards a healthy and full life.
