I am deeply passionate about helping people break free from the pain, patterns, or struggles that hold them back, so they can thrive in every aspect of their lives. Whether you’re healing from trauma, overcoming addiction, or rebuilding trust in relationships, I believe in the transformative power of therapy to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with sex/pornography addiction and partners of sex addicts, in addition to those struggling with relationship challenges, and other life stressors. I use an integrative, collaborative, and personalized approach to treatment. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma focused modalities. At the foundation of my work is genuine respect and compassion for my clients. I am here to provide a space in which you can experience deep, meaningful, and lasting change.
