We are a Private Group Practice with 45+ counselors in 5 locations: Lakeville, Franklin, Hopkinton, Raynham and Easton. We treat: all members of the family and can help with transitions from divorce, school difficulties and peer relationship problems. Specialties: grief, trauma, peri-natal, anxiety, children and teens. Modalities: CBT, EFT, EMDR, IFS, Play, Art and Expressive therapies. Elevate was incorporated so that we could meet the needs of the family and individuals in their entirety to provide the best and most comprehensive level of care in an outpatient setting as possible.
