About

I am a licensed therapist based out of Denver offering virtual individual and couples therapy. I find working with people in learning how to better cope with challenging situations, feelings, and events greatly rewarding. Therapy can be a wonderful tool in navigating a tougher season of life, chronic mental health issues, working through past trauma, or struggling with societal or systematic inequalities. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self confidence, parenting, life changes, and challenges specific to LGBTQ+ populations.

I have close to 10 years of experience and have found that a healthy mixture of humor, insight, and gentle challenge can go a long way. Every client that I meet has vastly different experiences and needs. Because of this I use an integrative approach, using anti-oppression, cognitive-behavioral, feminist, client centered, and trauma-informed frameworks.

The past few years have been tough on everyone, and there are times when moving forward alone can feel overwhelming. If you or you and your partner are interested in exploring the benefits of therapy and would like to schedule a consultation, don't hesitate to reach out. We can chat to see if this might be a good fit for this important work.
