Hi and welcome! I believe everyone can benefit from intentional time to reflect and process. People seek out therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe you’d like to feel happier, or better understand yourself and those around you. Maybe you are a parent who would like support for your child, or to have less conflict at home. My goal is to understand your needs and help you feel better. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, teens, families, and young adults. I work with ages 5-21 and am experienced in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family and relationship difficulties. I also have experience navigating school systems and advocating for educational needs. I customize my approach to best suit the needs of my clients, always utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I believe it’s critical to understand how someone relates to, and is impacted by, the environment around them. I value diversity and am continuously working to be culturally competent and antiracist in my practices. Previous clients have shared that they value my balance of relatability and professionalism.
