Do you feel stuck and unable to move forward in your relationship? Do you need help resolving conflicts? Are you and your partner caught up in a negative feedback cycle that doesn't end in resolution just more anger and frustration? People want to communicate and connect deeply to their partners but often lack the skills and sometimes even the language to do so. With a little guidance, I believe that you and your partner have the capacity to achieve a full and satisfying partnership. Inevitably, all relationships face conflict when differences arise. Relief and resolution are possible. I see it everyday in my practice. If you choose to work with me, each of you will be pushed and challenged to be better partners, ultimately guardians of the relationship. I utilize a very specific communication technique that teaches you how to show up in the midst of conflict with compassion and receptivity instead of defensiveness and anger. Working together, you and your partner will build strength and resilience. Although my emphasis is on working with couples, I do see individuals for a variety of clinical issues as well.
