About

Individuals who work with me are seeking to explore, understand, and resolve ongoing stress related to identity, anhedonia, immigrant experiences, procrastination, self worth, doubt, workplace stress, relationship challenges, sadness, impulsivity and trauma. These individuals are at times experiencing cognitive, behavioral and emotional presentations such as sadness, worry, avoidance and withdrawal, irrational thoughts, sleep/wake issues, appetite difficulties and more. We explore the new or old experiences that cause, maintain or exacerbate these patterns and uncover new strategies for resolution.

I utilize my background in CBT, Person Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), along with motivational therapy, support of self-determination, and a strengths-based approach, to positively influence and encourage each client in serving their treatment. I'll listen until I understand your needs and together we'll find solutions that fit your life.

When we think about life's challenges (relationship, "situation ships", trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, work life balance, boundaries etc.) and how it impacts us individually, it is okay to say "I need a little bit more help than I can provide myself." Let's not be our judge/jury, but learn to extend grace!
