About

Raising children is rewarding and challenging, and when our children struggle we may find at times that nothing seems to be making things better. Working with a therapist who specializes in play therapy, a developmentally appropriate method of providing mental health support to children, can lay the ground work for your child's future success and well being. I work with children as well as parents to support these important relationships. Please contact me if you'd like to see how I can help you. As of 11/1/24 I have a few afternoon/after school session times available which will fill quickly. View 7 Photos

My approach is relationship and strength-based, and informed by my knowledge of child development, attachment theory and positive parenting techniques. I am trained as a Play Therapist and my approach integrates adult-led and child-led methods depending on the unique needs of each child.

If you find yourself looking for ways to cope with new or old behaviors, or believe that you or your child would benefit from having a neutral adult to help them work through difficult experiences, let's talk to see if there is a way that I can make a difference in the life of your family.
