I believe we all possess innate health and wholeness. In my therapeutic work I assist individuals in reconnecting with their inherent health and resiliency so that they can live their lives more fully. At the center of my practice is a respectful, non-judgmental, and compassionate space used to explore each individual’s unique healing process. The modalities I use include Contemplative Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness based practices. By using and integrative approach I addresses the mind-body-spirit connection and assist clients in going beyond merely coping with symptoms and attend to the root causes of their distress. I received my Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in 2012. I have completed advanced training in Somatic Experiencing- a body centered approach to support nervous system regulation. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years with a variety of populations and settings.
