About

It takes courage to engage in therapy, recognize your inner struggles, and confront past traumas. We all need support to navigate through difficult situations in life. I will welcome you as you are, with your joys and sorrows. I will create a safe, judgment-free space where you can express all facets of your identity. I will help you overcome life challenges such as: Burn-out, depression, anxiety, postpartum challenges, relationship problems, mood disorders, separation, grief, etc. I'm welcoming of clients of various backgrounds and beliefs. I have significant experience working with refugees and immigrants from diverse origins.

I am familiar with various therapeutic modalities such as Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy. I offer support and psychotherapy sessions in English and in French (bilingual). I work primarily with adults, but I also have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples.

Together we will work on regaining the pleasure of living. We will find solutions that will help you recover the hope that you may have lost.
