My name is Eddie Traughber, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in East Texas but working with clients statewide via telehealth. Through my faith-based approach, I work with adults and couples and specialize in anxiety, sexual addiction, trauma, and grief counseling, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives. I have spent the last 27+ years working with clients who are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, abuse, and sexual addiction issues. I love working with adults who are motivated to change even if they don’t know what is holding them back or how they are stuck where they are. In my practice, I use a blend of several theoretical approaches depending on the client and their goals. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, as well as others. The approach is tailored to the specific situation.
